Enter For FreeMy most recent was a couple in the same day - I have a spider on the back of my neck. I used to be arachnophobic, and putting it behind my neck permanently helps me think about putting my fears behind me, and learning to overcome and love them. It’s also a bff tattoo, since three of my childhood friends got different fine line bug tattoos with me :)) the other I received was a fine line sword on my forearm for my dad.
If your ink could speak, what would it say?Mine would tell you about me, and the life I’ve lived. Some of my favorite tattoos are state flowers, representing where I’ve been and what I learned. My ink would play you a song about the beauty in change, and the power of friendship through time. My ink would finally share the beauty of artists around us, seeing as I have 8 different artists who I’ve gotten work from, and I love each of them with every fiber of my being.
What would you do with the $25,000?Like so many people in LA, am a struggling musician, actress, and artist. I’d use funding to help with my rent, donate to Musicares and the Harmony Project, take my sister to get another matching tattoo, and finally produce my original music. I’ve been longing to create a jazz inspired big-band album, which has been put off due to lack of funding. I am only making this work if I can fairly pay my musicians and mixers. I want to support and create.
