Connect What inspired your most recent tattoo?

My most recent tattoo is a work in progress, designed to flow naturally from my arm — which is mainly floral — to my back, continuing with florals as the main focus. I added cranes because I don’t see them in my everyday life, but when I do, it's special. My husband and I always stop to watch — they’re such beautiful creatures. Cranes also mate for life, which makes them feel like a symbol of us — together, always.

If your ink could speak, what would it say?

If my ink could speak, it would whisper: She loves deeply, and this is her proof. Every line, every bloom, every crane carries a name, a memory, a heartbeat. Her children, her husband — they are etched into her skin as they are into her soul. She is blessed, and she knows it. This is love made visible. Nothing else matters.

What would you do with the $25,000?

With $25,000, I’d take my family on a trip — somewhere warm, somewhere new, somewhere we can laugh until our cheeks hurt and make memories that stay with us forever. They’ve been my anchor and my joy. Giving them an experience we’d always remember feels like the perfect way to say thank you.
