Connect What inspired your most recent tattoo?

My father passed away. And the story is that before my parents adopted me they bonded over lighthouses. I didn't get to be there for his passing. So when I found out. I took the money he left for me and the first thing I did is tribute a lighthouse to him.

If your ink could speak, what would it say?

The ink piece I've been making up for over a year now says everything about where I come from. I've been at the bottom knocked down every time I build up. Trying to get to another world on the same planet. When finished the tattoo would scream imagination, love, creativity and showcase my voice that I felt was taken from me and yet I still have. It tells the story of Ariel, which is so similar to my own. It brings me to that other world and that world to mine, fingertips to neck.

What would you do with the $25,000?

Tbh I want this piece of artwork I am trying to get done to be a thing. It's my greatest masterpiece and think it could seriously help me grow. I'd either get the tattoo done in its completion, or I have student loans, old car loans, and a puppy I have to care for. I might just take care of all my debts or better yet, for once in a long time....I think I'd take myself on a vacation and be less responsible. I absolutely would take myself on a vacation!
