What inspired your most recent tattoo?

My mom has always been my best friend and my loudest cheerleader. I’m moving to Nashville in August for college– more than six hours away from the only home I’ve ever known. As a way to feel closer to my mom we got matching luna moth tattoos on my eighteenth birthday.

If your ink could speak, what would it say?

It would say that I care very deeply about my family and hold them close to my heart. My luna moth tattoos, which matches the one my mom has, was done by my uncle on my eighteenth birthday. My uncle owns a studio and did my mom's first tattoo as well. I loved the idea of having him do my first tattoo just like he did for my mom.

What would you do with the $25,000?

If I won the $25,000 I would use it to help pay for college. I plan to attend Belmont University’s Curb College of Entertainment and Music Business as a Music Business major, possibly with an emphasis in live event management. I’ve already been accepted to my dream school for my dream major, but with no financial support from my parents, paying over $50,000 per year to attend will pose a huge challenge for me. While $25,000 wouldn’t cover all of the cost, it would be a big help
