I joined the Navy at 17yrs old and I have always wanted to get a patriot sleeve to represent my time. There is an eagles head, that represents not only freedom , but my dad's time in the service as well. Then there is a compass, that represents my true north, of always living a life of service. Then there is a caduceus, which is the Hospital Corpsman insignia, which my job while in the Navy.
If your ink could speak, what would it say?Family is my number one, and where I come from, what I stand for, and ultimately who i am as a person deep down. Courage, strength, perseverance.
What would you do with the $25,000?I work for the Nation's largest non-profit equine therapeutic riding program that serves military veterans all at no cost. This program has forever changed my life and I would want to pay it forward to reach other veterans in need. I would also, take each of my three kids on a weekend get a away independently, as there never seems to be enough time with each of them one on one. The older I get the more I realize how valuable our time is, so spending it with those that mean the most!
