What would you do with the $25,000?I own a small business, 6 years now I have a slumlord who took me for an entire remodel, bringing the place up to code. Then he realized he could get more money and I still have a lease that he is doing everything he can to push me out raising rent so high so he can bury me. That way he can get away with not reimbursing me and I lose my shop. I would try to save my business that I successfully built and beat the odds of small business failure.
