Enter For FreeThe story of my recovery. I’ve been addicted to “more” since I was 14 but Heroin since 21 and I’ve been in recovery for almost a year. I have a beautiful moth on my neck to remind me that no matter how much darkness is around, always search for the light and cling to it. That’s how I see it. I’m going to chase after the brighter things now that I’ve found my way out.
If your ink could speak, what would it say?My ink would definitely look like postcards from along the way. I’ve been all over the United States and collected tattoos from every stage of life. You’d find little things I never really knew how to express out loud. Like I have a noose with the hoop as a heart that has hopeless romantic written around it, but swore up and down I was a bad ass with no feelings! I also have a couple of tattoos from the time I spent in prison as well. So they all speak of time lost and found.
What would you do with the $25,000?Oh man, I would pay off my legal fees to begin with if I’m being honest so that I can get my license back, making it easier to get back and forth to work and school. I would donate to the local recovery community, such as sober livings because they give you the opportunity to become someone better than you ever thought possible. The rest would be spent wisely, I have dreams that require a savings.
