Connect What inspired your most recent tattoo?

My most recent tattoo reads “suffer, learn, change”, a mantra reminding me that growth is born from hardship. Ironically, a dog bite now scars the tattoo itself, making it even more meaningful. It symbolizes how life’s unexpected pain can leave a mark, but through it, we gain strength, wisdom, and the power to transform.

If your ink could speak, what would it say?

If my ink could speak, it would say: “I carry her survival, her strength, her roots.” Each piece tells a chapter from the Taurus bull reflecting her Ghanaian spirit, to the semicolon near her ear whispering, “you’re still here.” My marks are her battles, her resilience, her faith, her transformation. Together, we remind her she’s unbreakable.

What would you do with the $25,000?

With $25,000, I’d donate to the B+ Foundation, gift my mom who’s gonna be mad about more tattoos lol, invest for my son and me, and of course get inked. I have a big vision only a pro can bring to life. I’d also put money toward a trip home to Ghana to visit my g-ma’s grave and tuck the rest into savings (and bills) because, well, inflation’s no joke!
