Enter For FreeThe death of my mentor Papa Mike whom holds a very special place in my heart. Through very heavy times he guided me back to the light and taught me to believe in myself and not be afraid of others thoughts and feelings about me. Those who matter don't mind and those who mind don't matter. As Papa would always say "We are one".
If your ink could speak, what would it say?Break the cycle of self harm and overcome the darkness with the most beautiful art to release the pain. The darkest times become the most beautiful pieces on our body that tell the story of how we kept going, even when it seemed like the light was too far away. We have no one to please, impress, nor seek approval from, we are enough exactly as we are, we are whole, we are complete.
What would you do with the $25,000?I'd get my kids and myself out of the city we live in and into a better school district. My kids don't deserve to endure my past failures and short comings and I will forever fight to give them the best of the best. It's always been us against the world and I plan to show them how beautiful life can be. I'd also get my son into better programs to support his journey with autism. He has taught me so much, like how to slow down and notice the little things, he deserves the best.
