What inspired your most recent tattoo?

I needed an indelible representation of the difficult journey I've taken upon myself. One that expressed, by its very nature, a complete and utter destruction of the person I once was, and the beauty and majesty of the person I have chosen to become.

If your ink could speak, what would it say?

"This woman has endured pain, suffering, emotional distress, derision, and abandonment from those she most trusted and loved. She has been forced into a crucible of fire time and again. Yet.. she has always come through with strength and dedication of purpose that has only made her stronger, more beautiful, and more determined to recreate herself into the extraordinary force of nature that she was always meant to be."

What would you do with the $25,000?

This prize money would give me an opportunity to start building back aspects of the life that was ripped from me and provide capital to explore business opportunities that can provide me a level of continued security and growth. It would allow me to focus more on helping those in my community that have been far less fortunate than I.
