It was inspired by someone I loved deeply, my boyfriend, who passed away at just 21 from HLH, a rare autoimmune disease. The loss left a wound I’ve carried with me for years. But through this ink, I've found a way to express that pain, that memory, and that promise he left me with.
If your ink could speak, what would it say?If my ink could speak, it would whisper stories of love and loss, of strength born from sorrow. It would speak of resilience, of choosing to carry on with grace even when the weight is heavy. It would say, “I am a tribute, a memory, a vow kept alive with every breathe.” It would remind the world and me that healing isn't forgetting; it’s honoring, it’s feeling, it’s growing.
