What would you do with the $25,000?I am Jamaican, nonbinary AND a first generation citizen. This money would put me and my parents in a position they couldn’t put us in. All of their hard work; seeing their parents pass without being able to visit them and STILL allowing me to be myself and live with them in a space where i feel authentically myself? That’s not easy. Eventually, I’ll be covered in tattoos, but getting one that captures my love and the light around me, would be worth $25k alone.
