I live across the country from my younger brother and sister now. We grew up moving a lot as kids and are very close. I am the only heavily tattooed person in my family, so naturally when my younger brother wanted his first tattoo for his graduation present, I was all too thrilled to corrupt his sweet little soul and his virgin skin. The three of us got a tattoo inspired by Viking runes: three interconnected mountains to symbolize our bond.
If your ink could speak, what would it say?As I mentioned before, I’m an author and a lot of my ink reflects certain aspects of one of my fantasy novels I have been working on. In addition to the literary representation that is beautifully illustrated on my skin, the symbolism of each tattoo comes from a place of strength, personal growth and empowerment. My tattoos are significantly feminine yet hold a certain level of boldness that celebrates my journey as a fighter, as a survivor, a conqueror.
What would you do with the $25,000?My fiancé and I bought our first house in East Palestine, Ohio in July of 2022.
