I was with a narcissist for 20 years. When we first started dating I was 17 and he was 21. Over the years I was subjected to physical and emotional abuse. The horrific threats that were said to me to try to force me to stay, were so much worse than the physical lifelong damage that was done. I decided that in order for my children to have an amazing mom, I had to make changes. I didn't like the reactive person I became from tolerating getting treated that way. Always held things in, UNTIL NOW!!!

The secrets and pain I held in for so long are not going to break me. I'm letting it all out, have been to therapy for years trying to heal all of the wounds inflicted upon my body and my mind. Looking to add more pieces to my body that show my healing journey, the love I have for my children, the love I have for my amazing wife Marisa and to truly heal and let go of all my past trauma! I now get to lead a healthy, happy and peaceful life! Get to show these babies what a happy mom is now!

I would put a down payment on a house for us to create unforgettable, happy, healing memories in! Heal completely with my toes in the dirt of our own property. Start writing my book about what I went through in hopes to help someone else realize sooner that love doesn't bruise, belittle or destroy one's self worth !!!! To also offer hope for others to be their authentic self, I came out late in life and that was a huge part of my healing. Hiding who I was for 3 decades, did so much damage also!
