My most recent tattoo was inspired by Medusa and how original pov is she’s evil and turns you into stone because of the curse. When the reality of the situation is she was a victim and was punished to undermine her trauma. Im considered the black sheep of the family but really I was blacklisted for speaking my truth. I related to Medusa and felt as we were both victims and felt we needed to control our own ending to our stories.
