What would you do with the $25,000?Id use it for education. Id get licensed and certified as a nail technician, and use the rest to help with getting an apprenticeship to become a tattoo artist myself, apprentices are usually not paid, the remaining funds will help me take care of my bills while i learn how to properly tattoo.
