My ink tells a story of resilience. The lotus flower being very symbolic to me. All of them coming from a place of struggle.

Enter For FreeHaving my daughter inspired my most recent tattoo. I got her footprint tattooed on my thigh to cover up self-harm scars. She gave me the strength to stop self-harming. I haven't self-harmed the 6 almost 7 years she's been alive.
If your ink could speak, what would it say?If my ink could speak it would tell you that I've survived end stage alcoholic liver failure, years of self-harm and self-hate, domestic abuse, eating disorders, a year of being paralyzed, and that I came out on top off all of that. I'm happy alive and thriving, because I chose to have a better life for myself. My Buddha quote says, "There is no path to happiness. Happiness is the path." I got that quote 10 years ago, and I just found the meaning in the past 15 months of sobriety.
What would you do with the $25,000?If I had $25,000 I would put it towards finishing my social work degree. Going to a full-time student, because I want to be able to save people's lives like my life was saved from addiction by social workers.
