Learn MoreBeing a child in the system I needed a level of detachment for survival. I have no memories of my Dad. What I do know is one couldn't be without the other. My mother committed suicide to join him. The loss of her children and the love of her life. I chose a latern to represent my father. The flame within the latern attracts the moth I chose for my Mom.
If your ink could speak, what would it say?If it could speak it would say that every stroke, every bit of ink. Is etched in grief. Grief released from within. Grief that now has a safe space outside of me. As a badge of beauty. It would whisper freedom and release.
What would you do with the $25,000?I would use it to go back to school. Garner my yoga certification. Continue my path of healing in a manner that allows me to provide healing for others as well.
