Learn MoreAs a Filipina-American, I felt a need to be connected to this community and I had asked my tattoo artist -Jay Joree in Dallas to depict characteristics of my favorite traditional dance -the Singkil and add to her previous work on my arm. This is a dance that portrays femininity, strength and confidence.
