What inspired your most recent tattoo?

A diagram of the daily movement of the sun over a year is called a solar analemma. This is a beautiful symbol that helps me to remember who I am in the world. We are unique and designed that way. It may seem like we are in turmoil or in chaos but in reality everything is working according to God's plan and in his time. Which is perfect, just like the solar analemma! I included a photo of this and my IGY6 - which means I've got your six or I've got your back! Another symbol for suicide awareness.

If your ink could speak, what would it say?

You are not alone and you are loved! (I know what it feels like to be alone. I know what it feels like to want to rather be gone). I would like to have my arm represent my organization, The Hummingbird Project. The world is such a terribly lonely place for some of us, and it's hard for us to accept and feel loved. I want my ink to look like love. I want someone to ask me about it so I can love them!

What would you do with the $25,000?

I would fund 'The Hummingbird Project', an organization dedicated to veteran suicide awareness and prevention. It is an Outreach that I have been developing over the past two years that will provide supplies, education, and support to veterans who suffer from severe mental health disorders. If I win, I will be fully funded and able to expand our practice to other locations.
