Connect What inspired your most recent tattoo?

My most recent tattoo was the memorial tattoo of Odin, my precious monkey angel. He pulled me through a dark time after losing Nefreyu. But then just 4 short months later I lost him also. I wanted my beloved boys with me forever. The pic of Odin is just 2 days before he died, holding my finger as if telling me he loved me and would always be with me. Now I see them every day in these beautiful tattoos .

If your ink could speak, what would it say?

It would tell the story of my life. Memories, family, things I love. The 2 of my monkeys would tell of the deep love and undying connection I have with my tiny primate family. That even though they are gone from this earth they are never gone from my heart or my sight. Seeing them on me every day reminds me of their unconditional love that got me through very dark times in my life.

What would you do with the $25,000?

I have a 501c3 monkey sanctuary for these tiny marmoset monkeys. The money would go to building more enclosures to make room to save more of these precious souls. I would put a portion away for vet bills as I have one diabetic marmoset who needs frequent vet visits and daily medicine. It would help me make my sanctuary a paradise that some of these monkeys could only dream of while being abused or neglected.
