Connect What inspired your most recent tattoo?

I have loved astrology since I was little boy. My mom read astrological charts for extra money before I was born, and growing up she taught me a lot about the meanings of the signs of the zodiac. My tattoos make me feel connected to her through the love of astrology she gave me. My ink was inspired by my astrological chart. Each of the signs in my chart is represented, along with its corresponding planet. For instance, I have sun in Taurus, so my right sleeve is capped by a bull with the sun.

If your ink could speak, what would it say?

It would tell the story of my personality. It can literally speak through interpreting each one of the signs and planets it depicts. It speaks to my steadfastness and bullishness as a Taurus. It speaks to my need for community and alternative ways of being with my moon in Aquarius. It says so much about who I am. It truly is an affirmation of self. My ink was done by @NikieNouveau at La Luna Art collective, in OC.

What would you do with the $25,000?

I would take $5K of it and go on an awesome vacation to Spain. I am of Spanish descent and have always wanted to visit Spain to get in touch with my roots. I would take $3k and put that towards a set of custom solid gold 6g nipple rings which I have been dreaming of for years. The rest I would put into an IRA to save for retirement. I was unemployed for a long time and that really cut into my retirement savings. This money would help me rebuild that in a big way which I would be so grateful for
