Connect What inspired your most recent tattoo?

My most recent tattoo is a rose on the entirety of the back of my leg. (Thigh to ankle). Roses have always been a representation of passion. I got it on my leg because I always walk in the pursuit of my passions. No matter what they are.

If your ink could speak, what would it say?

My ink is the story of my life and all that I hold dear. Starting with my recovery tattoo. Representing the journey of my sobriety. Moving into my tattoo that is a collab of mine and my brothers signs. They are the most important thing to me and my biggest reason for staying the course. And of course I have ink that expresses my faith. Without God, I’d be dead. Plain and simple.

What would you do with the $25,000?

Since starting my sobriety journey, I’ve always dreamed to open a center that meets people where they are. There are a lot of rehabs and programs out there, but they all have one set way of doing things. And a lot of times can be too costly. I hope to create something not only affordable but somewhere safe that creates an environment of individual healing in whatever way is best for each person. (And I may just get another tattoo! Haha)
