I asked my artist, "Ya know how everybody and their mother gets a spider web on their elbow... well does anybody ever get the actual spider on their elbow? ...Do *I* want a spider on MY elbow?!" His reply: "Let's do your elbow!" Now I have a giant beautiful floral spider capping my sleeve of creepy gorgeous insects, representing all the ugly in my life that I have spun into gold. I want to fill my arm with your typical feared/disliked crawl-y creatures... but make it pretty!
If your ink could speak, what would it say?All of my tattoos represent some sort of darkness made into beauty -- whether it be the death of a loved one/pet, an ugly bug, or my struggles with PTSD, etc., my artist always creates a delightfully sinister palette to fit my dark bubbly demeanor as well as my odd interesting inspirations. Each piece has a story (or several) of its own, and collectively they connect and intertwine to create dark yet colorful journeys over an ever-changing canvas.
What would you do with the $25,000?If I'm being honest, a tiny portion of the money would continue to line my tattooist's pockets, haha! The rest would likely be spent on a large & secure outdoor enclosure for my handsome 14-year-old baby cat, Spriggs. ^^eow~
