What would you do with the $25,000?I would donate some of the funds to a local homeless program called Low Income Housing Institute. This program builds tiny homes for the Tacoma-Seattle area to get people off of the streets, and after 6-12 months they move them into an apartment complex across the street which is also ran by them.
