Connect What inspired your most recent tattoo?

I had a hand poke tattoo on my hand that was done extremely well. It was an inspirational tribute to both Rihanna, one of the most incredible women in the world and the practice of henna, for its exquisite beauty and cultural significance.

If your ink could speak, what would it say?

I think my ink is homage to the endurance of surviving this lifetime while maintaining a sense of timeless elegance. The adornments of my body are a celebration to its existence and praises to its uniqueness. Through heaven and hell on Earth, my body has served me faithfully by continuing to bring air into my lungs, blood through my veins, and giving me a mighty thump in my chest.

What would you do with the $25,000?

I would pay off debt first. I also would really like to donate something to either a mental health aid fund, or a charity for survivors of domestic abuse, as a survivor myself. I would use a portion to get my own artistic endeavors up and running as well.
