Growing up with an abusive father, I would often times let my mind drift in times of stress and unrest. I always kind of thought of dragons as not only powerful, but as protectors of the innocent. Both of my parents passed away last year, 9 days apart, and the dragon symbolizes my mothers strength in protecting me, but also as a symbol of protection from past trauma
If your ink could speak, what would it say?My ink tells a life story. It started with a shamrock because I'm Irish, later adding a Celtic knot. I have a silhouette of a runner over a Scorpio symbol on my hip. 26.2 on my calf because I finally reached my goal of running marathons. My husband and I have penguins, they mate for life. I have a silhouette of my dog Connor. My mom's signature, with the word "more," because whenever I said I love you she said more, always more. "Live Life Forward," written in Irish Gaelic. A
What would you do with the $25,000?I am starting a nursing program in the fall. My "mid life" change was to sell my business and start a new career. I have set aside some money from my parents passing, but this money would pay off the remainder of my tuition so I would be debt free after school.
