Learn MoreMy daily battle with addiction/sobriety is the backdrop for the anagram sober/addict that’s inked into my left forarm. It depicts the battle between sobriety and addiction showing how entwined they truly are. During my darkest addiction sobriety was right there waiting for me if I chose it. I’m learning how to look at things with open eyes and an open mind in hopes of seeing things I kept myself blinded to prior. Sometimes all it takes is a change in perception to change your life
If your ink could speak, what would it say? Here is my truth that words could not touch.
What would you do with the $25,000?I would definitely Invest $5,000 in a savings account that accrues interest for each of my kids to ensure they have the help I didn’t have when they start out on their own journey. With the remaining $15,000 I would buy a small house so I can finally have a place to call home, and hopefully never have to deal with homelessness ever again.
