Connect What inspired your most recent tattoo?

My most recent was my leg sleeve and finishing my arm sleeve. What inspired my leg sleeve was I wanted to commemorate new beginnings after having left a toxic marriage. It’s an old leather piece with some turquoise and “western” things thrown in there. I grew up in a tiny town where everyone had a farm. If your ink could speak, what would it say?

It would say that I am someone who loves my family and loves to be spontaneous. It would say that although I was in very toxic situations I was able to get out and express myself through art. I have completely changed my physical appearance into someone that people in my past will never get to touch again (including losing over 80 pounds). My ink is very earthy with lots of flowers, butterfly’s and turquoise (my favorite stone) but don’t be fooled there’s some leopard thrown in

What would you do with the $25,000?

As a single mom the $25,000 would do so much for me. There are so many options I could do with it. Such as paying off my vehicle, using it for a down payment on a new home for my daughter and I, investing it, paying off student debt, applying it to a collage fund for my daughter and much more. I can’t express how much this money would help out not only me, but my daughter too. She deserves the world and as a single mom doing it all on our own would mean the world to us.
