What inspired my tattoo was in fact I never thought my first tattoo would be inspired by grief. My pug wasn’t just a pet—he was my shadow, my comfort, my quiet companion through some of the darkest days of my life. I got him when I was going through a tough time—battling anxiety, trying to keep my head above water while everything else seemed to be falling apart. And somehow, this small, snorting, wrinkled face brought peace into the chaos.
