What inspired your most recent tattoo?

I've been scared that I'm not going to be able to succeed at my next big endeavor recently. I'm a trucker and entrepreneur. I'm leaving trucking to focus on my business and be able to care for my disabled mother full time. Last month, I had the thought that of course I can do it bc "the dark doth not fear night". I parked at the next truck stop and Ubered to the closest shop who took walk-ins. I got those words written in reverse on my chest so that I can read them in the mirror.

If your ink could speak, what would it say?

My ink would say that it's ok to be afraid but it's not ok to let fear stop you. That growth is not only possible but inevitable. That loved ones are one of the most important things in life. That life can be hard but you can make it equally as fun with friends and perspective shifts. My tattoo with the suicide hotline number on it literally speaks to others. I've had people ask to write it down, take pix, and have had numerous conversations about breaking the stigma of being unwell mentally.

What would you do with the $25,000?

I've been reconnecting with my ancestry of Irish & Choctaw. I want to carry both cultures forward with me. I want my back to be a blend of this history. I want a 3 headed goddess & her 3 headed coyote at her side. She's walking the line spiritually between life and death. To her right death and rest while life and growth is on her left. Lots of symbolism between each side. She is holding a fetus in utero in her right hand & a skull in her left for the connection of both worlds.
