My ink is a way to help other people tell their stories. I live life through art, and being able to make it permanent on people is beautiful

Learn MorePushing myself to be the best artist I can be, by getting better with each piece I do. As an apprentice, it’s important to try new styles and practice shading in every tattoo I do. I was inspired to try a different style of shading for my scorpion tattoo to look more American traditional rather than stipple shading and I was so happy with the outcome. Pushing myself to try new things is always my biggest inspiration.
If your ink could speak, what would it say?It would speak about the journey that came with, the trials and errors I went through to get to where I am today. The multiple shops I went to and the people I learned from. The different styles they all had when it came to tattooing. It would speak about how far I came to be the artist I am now and the artist I will be someday. It would tell the stories my pieces show, like many of my cartoon pieces I love to do. It would tell the story of me and my life and all the people involved in it.
What would you do with the $25,000?If I had $25,000, I would donate a quarter of it to the American Diabetes Association in honor of my sweet niece who was diagnosed with diabetes at 4 years old. Another quarter would be distributed out to my family and anything they need. Another quarter to go towards my niece and two nephews college funds, and the last quarter for me to help open up my own shop someday! It would be a dream come true.
