Connect What inspired your most recent tattoo?

After 14 years of physical abuse, sa, and narcissistic mental abuse I was able to escape my now ex husband. It took 7 years once I stopped thinking I could fix him, figuring out the npd part to escape with the kids. It gave me the fafo attitude, and taught me I can survive and thrive without him. There is peace in the house. My sleeve is basically my therapy piece. A reminder of what I survived, that i have moved on to better things, becoming a stronger person, and to never move my boundaries.

If your ink could speak, what would it say?

My sleeve is medusa, hecate, and nyx. Medusa is fairly obvious to what it stands for, but it's a reminder is survived. Hecate is me moving on to a better chapter in mine and my kids lives. Nyx was the 1 goddess Zeus was afraid of and could never touch. He was pretty slimy.... She is a reminder to never move my boundaries. While she brought the night she also brought life. So she is a reminder live and love life with my children.

What would you do with the $25,000?

First, take my kids on a vacation. They have earned it, as they also had to deal with the trauma of their dad's verbal abuse. I forsee needing a new car soon and would love a sports bike again. So it would be decent down payments. I have to be boring and save some for emergencies.. kids after all.
