My most recent tattoo is a Memento Mori doodle-style skull pierced by a dagger on my chest by the great Dana Brunson in Cincinnati. I fell in love with his style years ago from his convention photos and wanted this tattoo in a place of honor on my torso. "Memento Mori," or "Remember, You Die" is an iconic phrase in tattoo history, and I wanted to commemorate both the artist and the design with a unique take on a classic.
If your ink could speak, what would it say?I am a survivor. I have endured my journey so far and been rewarded with artistry that represents my life and values. These images represent both achievements in my life and also turning points, good and bad, from which I have learned and grown. My art shows the world who I am, who I have become, and the stories I have earned.
What would you do with the $25,000?I would love to put a down payment on a house! My family is very skilled at renovating houses and I look forward to making a home for myself.
