Connect What inspired your most recent tattoo?

My most recent tattoo is inspired by the birth of my daughter. She is 2 years old now and she is my everything. Best thing I have ever done in my life. The tattoo is an outline of the side profile of her face with the quote that says “grow through what you go through”. It’s my message to her in this tough world where resilience is key. She obviously won’t get it now but I plan on making that something I remind her constantly through life and it being right on my body sh

If your ink could speak, what would it say?

This is a great question, I think my ink would say “this guy is addicted, he doesn’t even wait until the healing is done” (lol) but no, all jokes aside, I think my ink will say “this is Carlos Acevedo”. They will say that I have used the art form to express myself and who I am through different pieces. All my tattoos have a meaning and/or a story behind them which completes the whole picture of who Carlos Acevedo is and the little things that have shaped me.

What would you do with the $25,000?

With this money I plan on putting some of it to the side for my daughter and her future. I want her to have a little money saved up somewhere which I never had. The rest of the funds I would use to take my daughter to Disney ! Disney is a big part of my wife’s upbringing and I would love to give that experience to my daughter. I think every child deserves to go at least once, if they can, and this would help to get us there for sure !
