I was horribly abused as a child and brainwashed into thinking I deserved it. So when I had children I swore they would never go through what I did and they would always know they were amazing and important.
If your ink could speak, what would it say?It would say that although I went through hell I'm still here and won't be silenced. As a survivor of domestic violence from an early age I will always be here and will always rise above.
What would you do with the $25,000?I would put a down payment on a home for my children and myself. They have only ever known rough environments and unstable circumstances. So getting an actual home for them will make sure they will forever have a safe place to call home and me as well.
