I had been eyeing her work for years, since I thought her style was lovely and would perfectly compliment my other tattoos on that arm. I saved my entire upper right arm for a half sleeve for four years, and finally got it completed this past year as a collab with Sou.TTT and GB Kim (her partner). The artist and their art inspires me most, and I gave them full creative freedom!
If your ink could speak, what would it say?“We are drowning in Hustle Butter out here, please send help.” In all honesty, maybe “we are loved and lived!”
What would you do with the $25,000?Find the perfect artist for a full back piece (and revel in the joy of potentially making it an international trip!) For any remaining, probably supporting some of the smaller artists I’ve gotten work from - I’d really like to help get Crown Sendo (Korean tattoo artist) back to the US or Canada for guest work, since he’s been working his own shop in a more rural area and doesn’t get enough exposure.
