What would you do with the $25,000?I just recently divorced, I have been crashing at a friends for 5 months. I don’t have any family, so this makes my situation a little harder. I have been looking for apartments but it’s really hard in NYC. I would most definitely buy a condo or house for myself. A place to call home.
