I drew my own tattoo because it reminded me of a friend of mine who spreads joy and hope. Her favorite color reminds me of joy and brightness which in turn reminds me of yellow butterflies. Everytime I see yellow butterflies I think of hope in dark spaces. Like fireflies in limelight or the struggle to get past ugly obstacles.
If your ink could speak, what would it say?It would sing in colors. And remind me of all the moments in my life I was proud of me, regardless of what they looked like or represented to others. They were acts of moments I was proud of who I was and I needed something to remember it by.
What would you do with the $25,000?Likely get more tattoos but ultimately get me off the streets and keep my animals healthy.
