My most recent tattoo is my stomach tattoo that I did not include a picture of as I didn’t have one readily available to upload, but it was my love letter to the softening middle of a body that has carried three beautiful, healthy children, and has served me well over the years. As I try and make peace with aging and leaving performing behind, I continue to decorate the parts of me that deserve love.
If your ink could speak, what would it say?I think if my ink could speak, it would tell me that I never needed to hide behind it, but that it is honored to wrap me in the safety and love that I deserve.
What would you do with the $25,000?After hurricane Helene caused such a devastation for our family, I would use it to help my youngest with her last year of college so she wasn’t so financially burdened, and buy her a car since only two weeks ago we found out her engine is blown.
