My most recent tattoo runs along my spine an anime character who once lived in darkness, feared kindness, and wore monstrosity like armor until he transformed into a flower. His story mirrors mine in ways words often fail to. i thought that hardening myself, becoming cold or distant, would be my survival. But it only made me feel further from who I truly am. This tattoo is a vow to bloom past pain, softness over spite, and to never let the worlds cruelty shape my soul
