What inspired your most recent tattoo?

Starting a horror/cryptid sleeve on my left arm as that’s also going to be covering up two tattoos - easy with a horror theme maintaining almost all black and gray. Neck is being done next as long as the artist is comfortable custom designing the piece to reflect my life story.

If your ink could speak, what would it say?

It would say that a lot of failure, mistakes, pain, and ignorance have grown into accountability, empathy, compassion, and a desire to bring that forward to show especially men a healthy pathway navigating mental health, emotions, relationships and parenting. They’ve seen the journey and ride the waves with me and now are starting to be a part of the actual story telling and healing process.

What would you do with the $25,000?

I’d likely put it towards becoming a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner - I have a Bachelors masters and DBA currently - but becoming a nurse and then the PMHNP would allow me to directly work with and tangibly impact a community of child and adolescents that desperately need positive male role models that are accountable to their toxicity/failures/short comings while navigating healthy paths forward to grow and help others also develop into healthy members of society
