What inspired your most recent tattoo?

I needed to show that I’m in a state of rebirth after suffering betrayal at the hands of my Love.That is the snake, I’m showing that I’m healed and recreating my life. The snake is having a face off with the dagger and heart, which represent betrayal, but also is a testament in my faith in love despite the pain. The imagery suggests that I’ve conquered the pain. The Rose with thorn represents caution towards beauty, because it can lead to pain, exemplified by the blood.

If your ink could speak, what would it say?

That life is uncertain, and it can unexpectedly turn upside down without warning. It’s important to know your values, honor your worth and find your personal source of strength. Starting over is possible and falling in love with yourself and life is the most important starting point to a healthy future.Never put your value in the hands of one persons opinion. Be kind, extend forgiveness and move on if someone hurts you. Focusing on growth is much more valuable than carrying bitterness

What would you do with the $25,000?

I would do many things, for starters I would get more ink to finish my story. I would want to invest in my tattoo artists side projects, because I believe strongly in her artistry and would pay gratitude to her for what her work has done for me. I would gift sum to the love that betrayed me as a token of my forgiveness and an appreciation for the time and love she did give me, and to help her thrive in reinventing herself in her new life without me. Last but not least,use it to spoil my daughter
