Connect What inspired your most recent tattoo?

My tattoo was born from a vow deeper than tradition—a shared belief that love doesn’t end with breath. I was inspired by the beauty in contrast: life and death, flesh and bone, passion and decay. The living lovers on my wife’s skin, the skeletal souls on mine—they tell the same story in different tongues. It’s a tribute to eternal devotion, a memento and a promise—that even in the silence of the grave, our love will speak.

If your ink could speak, what would it say?

Even in death, our love endures. Flesh may fade, but the bond remains—eternal, unbroken, and carved in bone.

What would you do with the $25,000?

If I won $25,000 from Inked, I’d honor the art that started it all—add to the story on my skin with new ink that deepens the meaning. I’d travel with my wife to haunted places steeped in love and legend, seeking inspiration in the shadows. And I’d give back—maybe fund tattoos for others who wear their hearts in ink but can’t afford to tell their stories.
