What would you do with the $25,000?I need reconstructive surgery on my jaw. 1. I was born with a mutation meaning I was short gened as an infant. I was born missing my eye teeth. I paid for reconstructive surgery out of pocket my entire life. For whatever reason they called us a cosmetic even though I was born without them to teeth. 2. I'm a tomboy and I was playing softball and got hit in the face and ended up having reconstructive surgery again because I exposed a nerve. 3. puppy sneezed laying on my chest and broke my jaw.
