After overcoming a decade long alcohol and IV drug addiction I wanted a tattoo that represented my story. I ended up getting a full sleeve with a Heaven and Hell theme. The top half has Jesus on the cross, doves, and archangels. The bottom half has flames and demons. Each demon is holding a representation of my actual demons that I overcame. One is holding a syringe, one a liquor bottle, and the other a prescription pill bottle. The underside is a Phoenix whose tail goes down into the flames
