Connect What inspired your most recent tattoo?

My most recent tattoo is a peony on my left thigh to match the other peonies on my left calf. All of my flower tattoos are on my left side of my body because that’s what I always considered to be the “good side” of my body after I had an accident in 2009 that robbed me of my vision in my right eye. I want to have as many flowers on my left side as possible and eventually go up my back to my right side to show that every part of my body is a garden, even if it might not seem tha

If your ink could speak, what would it say?

I used to do these art pieces with permanent marker on canvas and my late grandma (whose years I have tatted on my wrist with her name) would say, “Cyanna Banana! Grandma loves youuu! I’m so proud of you! You know me, you and your mom are indestructible right? ILOVEYOUILOVEYOUILOVEYOU!” And I think my tattoos would say something similar to me.

What would you do with the $25,000?

I would help my mom with her debt/bills and take her on a vacation. I think helping my mom would always come first. I’d put away some of it for my own vacation/bills as well.
