It’s a continuation of my Alice In Wonderland theme on my ribs. Whether it is true or not, I read once that the characters in Alice in Wonderland represent different mental illnesses. That resonated with me at a personal level….for several reasons. My original rib piece, the beginning of my Wonderland, says that when you can’t see the light, I’ll sit with you in the dark. I WILL be there for those who need me.
If your ink could speak, what would it say?To Be Kind! To Be Confident! To Be YOU!!!! Just let things be… just let go. That I will always be there for those who need me. That you should love yourself! And that I will always see the fun, the love, the joy in life! I’m a mother (of 5), a nurse, a baker, a sister, a daughter, and my ink pays tribute to all of those. What would you do with the $25,000?If I won $25,000 I would invest in my baking and confectionery business. I’m a nurse by profession, but baking is my stress relief. I started selling my creations as a way to help fund the cost of the medical mission I have participated in for the last 17 years, and have recently been able to work up to conducting pop-up shows with my “in the works” bakery truck. I would love to be able to advance my business!
