It’s an Autism heart puzzle piece with all of my children names in a separate piece I have a passion for taking care of other people and I look at my struggle everyday with life and complain but nothing i go thru is anything the parents go thru with children with autism so it reminds me I can do this struggle everyday and not complain like I want to
