My most recent tattoos were inspired by two separate rebirths. One celebrates my transformation through Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu at Atlas—losing over 200 lbs, finding a supportive family, and becoming a champion. The other, a phoenix still in progress, symbolizes my emotional rebirth after overcoming abuse, betrayal, and a painful divorce from a man I desperately loved. Both serve as enduring reminders of my resilience and evolving self.

If my ink could speak, it would narrate a journey marked by both profound triumph and deep sorrow. It would celebrate my proudest achievements—my children and the strength it took to overcome my past demons to become who I was always meant to be. It would also whisper of heartache, mourning the loss of my father and husband, and acknowledge each transformative chapter in my 49 years. Every line proclaims my enduring resilience, perseverance, and strength.

With $25,000, I’d first clear the debts incurred left to me by my husband and those incurred after my husband left me right before my rapid, victorious cancer battle. Then, I’d reinvest in my healing journey by growing my baking business—a passion that helped me rediscover life’s simple dreams: family, friends, a home, and genuine fulfillment. This isn’t about money or fame but about building something I can truly be proud of.
